Ingredients:
1/2 LB Chopped bacon pieces and grease cooked\r 1 LB premium ground beef\r 1/2 onion - diced\r 2 tomatoes chopped\r 1 can chopped green chilies\r 1 tsp. salt\r 1 1/2 tsp. oregano\r 1 to 2 tsp. chili powder\r 2 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro\r 12 lg. flour tortillas - warmed\r Shredded cheddar\r Sour cream\r Salsa\r Shredded lettuce
Preparation:
In skillet, cook bacon & grease breaking into pieces as it cooks.\r \r As Bacon Nears Completion Add Onion & Saute\r \r Lower Heat & Add chilies salt, oregano, chili powder and cilantro; simmer 2 to 3 minutes\r \r Add meat, & Tomatoes... & Mix Well. simmer 2 to 3 minutes\r \r Place 1/2 cup meat filling on each tortilla.\r \r Fold envelope style (like a burrito). \r \r Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. \r \r Broil until crispy\r \r Place on plate and top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.\r Place shredded lettuce around chimichanga and top lettuce with chopped tomatoes and sliced black olives
