Wedge Salad with Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients:
Salad -\r 1 head of iceberg lettuce\r 8 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled\r 1 1/2 Cups cherry tomatoes - halved\r 1/2 red onion - chopped\r Pecans or walnuts toasted (optional)\r \r Dressing -\r 1 Cup sour cream\r 1/2 Cup mayonnaise\r 3 TBSP buttermilk\r 3 tsp red wine vinegar\r 1/2 tsp Worcestershire\r 1/4 tsp garlic salt\r 1/2 tsp ground black pepper\r 4 ounces blue cheese - crumbled
Preparation:
Dressing: Combine ingredients in medium sized bowl. Save a few crumbles of blue cheese for topping.\r \r Cut iceberg lettuce into quarters at the stem. Wash quarters thoroughly. Drizzle dressing on top of wedge. Garnish with tomatoes, bacon, blue cheese crumbles. Add walnuts or pecans, if desired. Add salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste.
