Recipe Name: Stuffed Chicken Fried Steak
Ingredients:
4 6 oz. Beef Cutlets
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
salt & pepper
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced jalepnos (if desired)
Breading:
2 whole eggs
1 cup of milk
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
Cheese Sauce
1 pint milk
1/4 cup white wine
2 oz. flour
2 oz. butter
4 oz. swiss cheese
shredded
salt & white pepper
Preparation:
Prepare the cheese sauce by combining the ingredients. Bring to a boil in a sauce pan and let simmer.
To prepare the steaks:
butterfly the steaks and stuff with swiss cheese, salt & pepper, and jalepenos to taste.
Prepare the breading by combining the ingredients. Cover the steaks in the breading and fry in the vegetable oil.
Top with the cheese sauce.
