Recipe Name: Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
1/4 cup green onions chopped
1 (15 oz) can sweet whole corn DRAINED
1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp sugar
pinch of pepper
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix (8.5 oz.)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in 20 second intervals in large enough bowl to add all ingredients. Mix in egg, then add half of the green onions and remaining ingredients [MINUS cheese], mix well and pour into a greased (at least 8X8) baking dish. Bake 35 minutes, or until set in the middle and golden brown, then sprinkle with remaining chopped green onions (add jalapenos, if desire heat) and cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice) and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes. Let the cheese melt, take the casserole out and let set 7 minutes. Enjoy
