Recipe Name: Banana Pudding

Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 package (4oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups Meadow Gold or Borden whipping cream
36 Nilla Wafers
3 medium bananas (sliced)
REALEMON lemon juice from concentrate
1-2 tbsp sugar

Preparation:
In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix; beat well. Chill 5 minutes.
While chilling, whip the cream until stiff. Add 1-2 tbsp sugar as beating to thicken.
Remove pudding mix and fold in whipped cream. Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into 2½-quart glass serving bowl. Top with one-third each of the wafers, bananas and pudding. Repeat layers twice, ending with pudding. Cover; chill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
